Former VC Man Leads Truck Convoy

Chad Sorensen's semi-truck was the lead in a Special Olympics truck convoy Sept. 21.

Chad Sorensen, of Larimore, N.D. and formerly of Valley City, had the honor or leading a truck convoy Sept. 21 in West Fargo after raising $2,500 for Special Olympics. Sorensen raised the most money, so he was the lead dog truck of a 45-truck convoy.
The convoy, which Sorensen said was the world's largest for Special Olympics, is done all over the country to raise money for the organization. North Dakota has its convoy every September in Fargo.
