Farmer’s Market Starts Up for the Winter Season

December 7, 2012

A holiday-season farmer’s market is scheduled for Saturdays until Christmas at the Barnes County Historical Museum from noon to 2 p.m.
Available this month will be holiday crafts, baked goods, fall veggies, and Christmas evergreens.

According to organizer Becky Huber, the winter farmer’s market will be a great place to purchase gifts of locally made Christmas crafts from vendors that include Candy Rasmussen and Janice Syverson, Huber and more.
Shoppers can also enjoy visiting the museum.

New vendors are welcome, said Huber, as long as goods are locally made or locally grown. For vendor information call Huber at 701-924-8278.
