Elsie Keys Retiring After 30 Years

June 26, 2013

Elsie Keys, 86, retires this week from the Valley City-Barnes County Public Library after 30 years.
Her final day will be Saturday. Fellow library worker Irma Ness said part of Keys' reason for retiring is because her daughter has a lake cabin, "and she likes to spend time at the lake."
