Deadline for public input on Tolna Coulee control structure operating plan draws near

The Army Corps of Engineers has been seeking public input on the operating plan for the control structure on the Tolna Coulee that will release up to 3,000 cubic feet per second of water into the Sheyenne River.

The deadline for comments is Jan. 31.
