Barnes County is gearing up for another CROP Walk for Hunger that remains the longest continuously-running CROP Walk in the nation.
The six-mile annual walk is a fundraiser that benefits the hungry at home and around the world.
Walkers begin at Our Savior's Lutheran Church parking lot at 1 p.m. and walk for six miles around Valley City. Education stations that teach people about hunger-related issues, are set up in various points long the path.
