Corps requests comments on Tolna Coulee

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is requesting public comments on its operating plan for the Tolna Coulee control structure.

Tolna Coulee is upstream from Valley City in the flood-plagued Devils Lake Basin. The proposed operating plan can be found at http://www.mvp.usace.army.mil/fl_damage_reduct/default.asp?pageid=1779.
