Color My Stride 5k Coming to Bismarck

August 20, 2014

University of Mary Athletic Training Student Association will host its first color run, the Color My Stride 5k, in support of the UMATSA organization and its 2014 charity partner Benton’s Hope on Saturday, Sept. 6.

Packet pick-up is 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. with an 8 a.m. start. Pre-registration is encouraged. T-shirt sizes are limited.

As a self-professed group of health-minded individuals, the members of UMATSA wanted to create a fundraiser that includes students of the University as well as members of the Bismarck community and beyond, and believe they have found it in the Color My Stride 5k event.

The route encompasses the University of Mary campus and includes multiple color stations through which runners are doused with powder of Marauder blue and orange.
