Class Helps Local Cancer Patients Look, Feel Better

June 6, 2013

Local cosmetologist Terry Moritz hosts a Look Good Feel Better class every month for local women who are faced with appearance-related side effects of cancer treatments.

Local women who are faced with appearance-related side effects of cancer treatments are fortunate to have Look Good Feel Better classes available right here in Valley City. Each month classes are held at the Sheyenne Care Center where Terry Moritz, a local licensed cosmetologist, and eight-year volunteer with the American Cancer Society offers her time and professional talent to women who attend the class.
The monthly classes, which are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Sheyenne Care Center, are open to all women with cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, or other forms of treatment.
