BREAKING: Missing Student: Warrant for Arrest

May 9, 2014

While North Dakota State College of Science student Andrew Sadek remains missing, it has been confirmed that the 20-year-old from the Valley City area has an outstanding arrest warrant in Richland County for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
The warrant was filed by the Richland County Sheriff's Office on May 5, 2014, three days after he was reported missing by his roommates. A search of the NDSCS campus and the surrounding area revealed nothing leading to the student's whereabouts. Campus Police at NDSCS, who have led the investigation to date, declined to comment about the warrant.
