Bob the Dinosaur Needs a Home

April 21, 2014

This triceratops skeleton, named Bob after the landowner where it was found, is in need of a new home. Owner Al Komrosky wants the relic to stay in the state.

Bob the dinosaur needs to find a new home, preferably in North Dakota.
Bob, a 64 million-year-old dinosaur whose remains were unearthed in the Hell Creek area of Western North Dakota by Al Komrosky of Valley City, was scheduled to be moved from Komrosky's workshop to the Barnes County Historical Museum last week: Komrosky even hosted a going away party for the  skeleton. But Komrosky later discovered the creature's massive head will not fit through the door.
