Barnes County Sheriff's Deputy proposes K-9 unit for the department

Barnes County Sheriff's Deputy Scott Crump presented his case for a K-9 unit for the sheriff's department to the Barnes County Commission at the Tuesday, Nov. 2 regular meeting.

“The need for a K-9 unit within the sheriff’s department grows on a daily basis,” Crump said. “In law enforcement we need all the help we can get.”
