Area Teen Involved in Deadly Crash

Two Litchville-Marion students, one from Litchville and one from Dickey, were passengers in a one-car crash that killed the driver, Micah Wagner, 18, of Fullerton.
Wagner, along with four passengers – Dylan Eull, 21, of Verona; Daniel Haugen, 18 of LaMoure; and two minors, ages 15 and 14 – were northbound on a gravel road about 2.5 miles south of LaMoure. Wagner lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the east ditch, went through a fence, into a pasture and overturned, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Three of the five occupants were ejected from the vehicle. None of the occupants were wearing seatbelts.
All of the occupants of the vehicle were transported by ambulance to the Oaks hospital. Wagner was pronounced dead at the hospital.
All passengers were treated for minor injuries at the Oakes hospital and released.
