Anti-Smoking Law Covering Apartments Uncertain

Interpretations of whether North Dakota''s initiated law banning smoking within 20 feet of public buildings applies to apartment buildings vary in Valley City.
Vicki Roseneau, tobacco prevention coordinator for the City-County Health District, said the law does not include multi-unit apartment buildings, while Greg Thompson believes it does.
