Drew Oberlander, a seventh grader at Valley City Junior High School, shot a hole-in-one Wednesday during a junior high tournament at Bjornson Public Golf Course. Oberlander sunk the shot on the course’s second hole, a par-3, with a 3-wood. He is the 30th golfer to sink an ace since the course opened in 1994. Valley City native Tom Kellogg had a hole-in-one last Thursday on the course’s fourth hole.
