3 TB Cases In Stutsman, Cass Counties

May 20, 2013

Three additional cases of active tuberculosis have been identified in Cass and Stutsman counties, North Dakota Department of Health officials reported Thursday.
Barnes County residents should not be overly concerned about cases being found in adjacent counties, said Theresa Will, executive director of the City-County Health District.
“We don't have any active cases in the area,” Will said Friday. “Good cough etiquette and washing hands” will help limit exposure to the bacteria, Will said.
