10 VC Kids At Seat Check

May 29, 2013

Ten children in the Valley City area are riding safer following their participation in a car safety seat checkup sponsored by City/County Health District and the North Dakota Department of Health. The checkup took place Monday, May 20, at the ambulance garage.

Technicians reviewed labels on the car seats to be sure the restraint was appropriate for the child’s age, weight and height and they checked the seats for recalls and expiration dates.
