Ard is wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear at an order to show cause hearing for original charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor and possession of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor. He is also wanted on a warrant of attachment for child support.

Andrew Miklas, 25, and Nicole Lindermann, 18, on Monday pleaded guilty before Southeast District Judge James Hovey to arson and burglary charges for their roles in the October, 2013 arson of Faith Lutheran Church in Valley City.
Lindermann changed her plea from not guilty to guilty before Hovey at 2 p.m., while Miklas changed his plea in a 3:30 p.m. hearing.
Lindermann pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy to commit arson and conspiracy to commit burglary along with misdemeanor conspiracy to commit theft.
Final plans have been set for the 2014 Wings and Wheels Airshow, planned for Saturday, Sept. 6, at the Barnes County Municipal Airport. More in Monday's issue of the Times-Record.
Tim and Becky Hager with the help of family and friends turned the Homewood Barn at their farm southeast of Valley City into a place for the family and other musical guests to perform gospel music. Many show up to watch the singpsirations at the restored barn and another will be held in a few weeks.
Singspiration at Homewood will be held Sunday, Sept. 14 at 3 p.m. at the farm of Tim and Becky Hager (1116 40th Street Southeast, Valley City).

Andrew Sadek died as a result of a gunshot wound to his head, according to autopsy results released to the North Dakota State College Science Police Department Saturday. According to Mark A. Koponen, M.D. medical examiner, the manner of death has been ruled as undetermined. A toxicology drug screen was negative.
