Every Wednesday, the Barnes County Sheriff's Office and the Valley City Police Department ask for the public's assistance in locating individuals with outstanding warrants.
This week, the sheriff's office is asking for help locating Charles Richard Russell, who is wanted for failure to participate in the 24/7 program. His original charge was possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C felony.
Russell, 54, is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
Valley City resident Andrea Nelson will become the first administrator of the Sheyenne Valley Community Foundation Aug. 4, said Alicia Hoffarth, secretary/treasurer of the foundation on Tuesday. More in Wednesday's issue of the Times-Record.
