A steady stream of people including seniors, adults and children streamed into the Valley City Rotary Club’s annual Pancake Dinner Tuesday evening at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
After diners were initially served a meal of pancakes, sausages, syrup, and a choice of coffee, water or milk, Rotary Club members went table to table offering seconds to those who wanted more, along with pouring coffee.
The meal was served from 5 to 7 p.m.
“It was very successful,” said Dick Gulmon, a community affairs committee member of the Rotary and an organizer of the event.
