More than 40 Valley City State University students on campus over the Thanksgiving holiday will be treated to a Thanksgiving buffet dinner at Vickyâs Viking Room restaurant in downtown Valley City on Thursday afternoon.
According to Kari Stricklin, VCSU director of student activities, the student group includes many out-of-state students and several international students, along with the menâs basketball team, on campus for practice prior to weekend games on the road.
Valley City State University is in a better position today than it was a year ago, President Steve Shirley told more than 100 staff Monday in his annual state of the university address. More in Wednesday's issue of the Times-Record.
