The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has lifted the Travel Alert for the Dickinson, Williston and Minot areas. However a Travel Alert remains in effect for the Bismarck area and is extended to the Jamestown, Valley City and surrounding areas due to blowing snow causing areas of scattered ice.
