âI started in the USAG program late so Iâve always been behind some of the girls that were younger than me,â said Milender, a senior at Valley City High School. âThe first Level 9 meet, I remember getting ready to step on the floor, Iâm like âWow. The morning of his interview for the open Valley City State University cross country and track and field coach position, Ken Frenette woke up about six in the morning and took a jog.

Frenette was named the head coach of the teams Dec. 23 and will start working with the track teams next week.
